Driving Directions
SOUTHBOUND: Exit I-405 at NE 8th Street eastbound. Merge to the left lane and turn left (north) at the first stoplight onto 116th AVE NE. Turn left into the hospital campus.
NORTHBOUND: Exit I-405 at NE 4rth Street. Turn right on NE 4rth Street and turn left on 116th AVE NE. turn left into the hospital campus.
Park in the North parking garage. Please take your parking ticket with you because we will validate your parking ticket when you come for your appointment. Take the elevator down to the first floor (which is below ground level). Our office is halfway down the hallway on the left.
